How long is the Continental tire warranty?
Continental tires carry a workmanship-and-materials warranty covering the life of the original usable tread or 6 years from the date of purchase, whichever comes first. Many Continental models also include a mileage warranty (typically 50,000–80,000 miles depending on the line) providing prorated credit toward replacement if the tire wears out before the rated mileage.
Continental also offers a Total Confidence Plan and a road-hazard/trial program on qualifying sets purchased from authorized dealers — a 60-day trial and limited road-hazard coverage in the first year on many lines. As with all tire brands, manufacturer-defect coverage and mileage warranties are separate from road-hazard damage (nails, potholes), which requires the dealer's road-hazard program.

Find your proof of purchase
Locate the receipt, order confirmation, or card statement showing the purchase date — coverage is measured from it.
Locate the model & serial number
Usually on a label on the unit, in the manual, or in your online account. Continental support will ask for it first.

Document everything
