What the Bridgestone warranty actually covers
Bridgestone's manufacturer warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for the life of the original usable tread. Premium Bridgestone lines including Turanza, Dueler, and Potenza carry mileage warranties from 50,000 to 80,000 miles. Bridgestone's 6-year warranty from production date (on some tires) protects against aging-related defects regardless of mileage.
Bridgestone distributes through Firestone Complete Auto Care locations (same parent company) as well as independent authorized dealers. Road hazard coverage must be purchased separately at installation and is not part of the manufacturer warranty.
